We feel that most users will benefit from and enjoy the ergonomic and "convenience" features of the Keynamics Products. We require all users to read and understand the Instruction Manual page of this website before using the Keynamics Laptop Stand On Wheels .

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Keynamics website, you may return it within thirty (30) days to Keynamics and obtain a full refund of the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling charges. (Note: BodyBilt Chairs are subject to a 25% restocking charge. ErgoFusion products (keyboard trays and arms and other office ergo products) Goldtouch Keyboards and Plantronics products are subject to a 20% restocking charge.  This is due to the manufacturer's policy.  We drop ship these items directly from the manufacturer.   Keynamics laptop stands do not have a restocking charge.)

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact our customer service department at: returns@keynamics.com. One of our customer service associates will assist you in either a merchandise exchange or return of the product for a credit of the purchase price. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to appear on your credit card statement.

You must return the product via (UPS Ground Service or any other trackable service) at your expense, in undamaged - resalable condition, in the original box with all materials and package inserts. Your return authorization number and a copy of the original packing slip must accompany the return. Upon receipt of the returned - resalable product, the exchange or refund will be initiated.

This return policy is for smaller consumer and business sales only.  Large orders will be subject to the terms and conditions of the purchase order contract. Effective 07.23.05

Cancellations: We ship our laptop stands pretty quickly.  Therefore, if you need to cancel an order before it's shipped, please contact us immediately.  We have daily UPS pick-up - around 2pm Central time.  If you place an order right before this pick-up time, it could literally ship out within the hour! Note:  Some of our items come from other fulfillment houses and they can take up to 2 days to ship.
